Streszczenie
The study was dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of the economic efficiency of using solar panels in residential
construction in Kyrgyzstan as a tool for reducing energy supply costs and increasing household energy independence. The
research was conducted between January 2024 and January 2025. By synthesising quantitative indicators, the structure of costs
for the installation of solar systems (equipment, installation, maintenance) and the dynamics of seasonal generation in key
regions of Kyrgyzstan (Chuy Valley, Osh region, Issyk-Kul, Naryn region, Jalal-Abad) were revealed. The economic analysis
determined the payback periods for systems with a capacity of 3 and 5 kW, according to which, under basic conditions and
annual increases in electricity tariffs, the payback period amounted to 14 years. The study also examined regional differences
in solar generation, identifying those southern regions of Kyrgyzstan provided 15-20% greater efficiency compared to northern
and high-altitude areas. The practical value of the study lies in the development of scientifically grounded recommendations
for advancing decentralised solar energy in Kyrgyzstan, taking into account regional specifics, economic incentives for
households, and the integration of international best practices in energy efficiency and sustainable development of the
residential sector.
