    Streszczenie
The authors of the article analyze the benefit of energy production from regularly renewable sources for regions
and countries. The article treats of the problem how as efficiently as possible to use the renewable resources in order to
provide green energy at competitive prices. The companies of energy production, supply and fuel harvesting sectors will be
able to improve processes, concentrate resources and act in the cluster. The companies could maintain a complete autonomy
in the structure of the cluster, but the coordination of their action and the concentrating of resources would provide energy at
a competitive price to regions and countries. The authors of the article point out the benefit of biofuel use, as well as exclude
the main reasons for cluster operation. The cluster activity is based on cooperation with a view to substantial financial
benefit and market saturation. In the latter case this can be achieved because the space of the biofuel cluster operation is
extremely local and focused on the needs of individual region. The investigation has shown that the biofuel cluster is able to
create diverse benefit in his framework and at the same time shaping the potential for future growth. It is possible to achieve
the effect of import decrease and effectively to deal with the problems of waste management by using basically unused
    resources.
